25% of the package consists of Savory Cuts, including Roasts, packs of stew meat, Cross Cut Shanks, and a selection of "odd cuts" such as Brisket, Back Ribs, and Short Ribs.
20% of the package includes a selection of Steaks, including Sirloin Tips, Top Sirloins, New York Strips, Rib Eyes, Filet Mignons, and a selection of "odd cuts" such as Skirt, Flank, and Tri-Tip.
